Job summary

Motion Industries in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to organize and direct order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and daily warehouse operations. The role involves scheduling and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining equipment readiness.

You will coordinate daily deliveries, manage space utilization, and uphold safety and quality standards while interacting with customers at Will Call and supporting continuous improvements in processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with 5 years related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact positively with direct reports, coworkers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Delegates and assigns tasks to warehouse employees.
• Provides input to manager on coaching and feedback to warehouse employees.
• Supervises warehouse activities to facilitate the most efficient and economical use of space for storing and distributing raw material and finished products.
• Manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and warehouse organization.
• Maintains warehouse location system and inventory accuracy.
• Schedules and directs daily customer deliveries.
• Services Customers at Will Call Counter.
• Performs other warehouse functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
