Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member in Kent, WA. You will perform secure material handling, load and unload items, weigh and sort, and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders as needed, and maintaining security of confidential records, with English reading/writing and strong communication skills. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm; background check and drug screening after offer.

Qualifications

• Experience with a physical job involving repetitive motions, climbing, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail to follow procedures and protect confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials securely, loading, unloading, moving, and sorting items.
• Move boxes up to 50 pounds, shelving and carts with ladders as needed.
• Use carts and pallet jacks; wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Maintain security of customer information and a clean work area.
