Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations-Temp team member for on-site work in the Denver area. You will be responsible for secure handling, movement, and storage of client records, ensuring safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, performing repetitive motions, and adhering to security guidelines. Competitive hourly pay and a 8:00am–5:30pm schedule on weekdays are provided, with background checks and drug screening required

Qualifications

• Experience with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.
