Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Record Center Specialist to join our Operations team in Houston. You will maintain the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing and managing secure storage containers within our record center.

Key responsibilities include using the Safekeeper system to scan cartons and locations, handling an average of 200 storage boxes daily, and performing physical logistics tasks safely.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a warehouse, records center, or similar operations environment.
• Strong data entry and inventory accuracy skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using the Safekeeper system, handling ~200 storage boxes daily.
• Perform all physical logistics, including loading/unloading trailers and moving items with appropriate tools.
• Maintain security protocols and a clean, secure work area to protect customer information.
