Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Panama City, Florida is seeking a warehouse and internal supply chain professional to support manufacturing and assembly operations, following established facility processes.

You will receive, put away, pick, issue, inspect, and ship materials; operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; manage inventory in SAP and Oracle; lift up to 50 lbs; and contribute to process improvements while working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with shipping and receiving practices.
• Knowledge of inventory control and inventory transactions in computer systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Ability to read and follow instructions and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to operate computers and warehouse management software and to operate material handling equipment (forklift).
• Ability to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• HS diploma or GED.

The Opportunity:Perform the activities of the warehouse and internal supply chain to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of various products per established facility processes, including receiving, part put-a-way, part picking, part issue, receiving inspection, and shipping, to support production operations. Be responsible for receiving, moving, and shipping out inventory, including manually lifting, pulling, or pushing boxes or lifting, pulling, or pushing boxes via mechanical means such as a pallet truck or a forklift. Apply skilled trades such as inventory management, machine operation, mil spec packaging, and the operation of other various material handling equipment and tools. Contribute new knowledge to programs and projects. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
