Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced industrial engineer to design and implement new technologies, systems, and processes to improve plant production and efficiency. You will manage the technical aspects of new product builds in support of Production, Quality, and Design Engineering.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, lean manufacturing, OEE data collection, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or production engineering in an assembly or fabrication environment.
• Experience leading production tracking software, systems, or OEE data collection methods.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing concepts in production environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create manufacturing processes and procedures from technical data or engineering drawings.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
