Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure on-time delivery of parts to job sites, while keeping inventory up to date and organized.

Responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing shipments, managing ERP-based inventory, cycle counts, and delivering materials when required. A valid driver’s license and forklift capability are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent driving record.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong technology skills, including ERP systems for Warehousing and MS Office.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklift) for shipments.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments of materials and validate against purchase documents in the ERP system.
• Process outgoing shipments of materials to customers, including packing and shipping documents.
• Manage inventory movements and ensure proper storage in assigned locations.
• Perform monthly cycle counts.
• Pick and load parts and record inventory assignments.
• Unload parts and return to stock, recording in ERP.
• Prepare outgoing packages with packing and shipping labels.
• General warehouse housekeeping as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Controller, Operations Manager, or General Manager.
• Deliver materials to job sites when requested by supervisor.
