Job summary

ASR International Corp. in Port Hueneme, CA, seeks a Warehouse Operations Support to back the N4 Supply Department of Naval Construction Group ONE.

You will handle camp‑support gear, inventory control, and daily IBS scanning to ensure accurate receipts, storage, and issue of gear for NBVC and NBVC battalions. The role requires three years in logistics, familiarity with NTCSS/R‑Supply/OMMS‑NG, and clear written and spoken communication to brief leadership.

Qualifications

• Three years of logistics experience procuring, issuing, receiving, and managing inventory and storage of repair parts and consumables.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to produce information, reports, and briefs for leadership.
• Two years using the NTCSS database and subsystems R‑Supply and OMMS‑NG.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to pass NACLC checks and obtain security clearance.
• Physical ability to meet standard warehouse work and lifting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Camp Support Outlet inventory for three active‑duty battalions and three reserve battalions at NBVC, Port Hueneme, CA.
• Perform tasks and labor to enable accounting and effective use of tools and equipment at NBVC.
• Manage material receipt and stowage: daily receipts, IBS scans, and RIP/Stow reports for 45–60 line items daily.
• Conduct Location Audit Process and monthly inventories using IBS for 2,500 ARP and 17,600 TOA items; prepare purchase/disposition requests.
• Conduct monthly historical causative research to identify/explain inventory discrepancies; present findings to S4.
• Prepare DD200 surveys 12–15 times weekly for Government‑owned property losses; adjust stock records in R‑SUPPLY.
