Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, seeks operations team members for a full-time, on-site warehouse role in Kent, WA, with occasional duties at Seattle. You will support inbound receiving, order picking, pallet building, and loading for delivery to clients.

The position runs a first shift with typical hours and includes a weekly pay schedule. Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Paid Training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and become forklift certified.
• Willing to drive a box truck; familiar with basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders and support commissary team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders using forklifts and MHE.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and reconcile discrepancies; perform counts.
• Use mobile scan guns and WMS to process orders; maintain clean workspace.
