Job summary

Energy Transfer in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving and stock control in a fast-paced industrial setting. You will process purchase orders, upload packing slips and invoices, and communicate PO issues with buyers to ensure timely procurement.

You will also verify incoming shipments, organize warehouse space, maintain safety and accuracy, and assist with the delivery of parts to sites while keeping detailed records of serial numbers and quantities.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and warehousing.
• Ability to count, read and write numbers and packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchase orders.
• Upload supporting documents to sales orders and SEC files.
• Communicate with buyers about PO issues and invoice requests.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming shipments and stock orders.
• Stock warehouse items and prepare material for shipment.
• Maintain workspace and clean the warehouse.
• Assist picking up and delivering parts to sites.
• Identify and resolve inventory issues with supervisor.
