Job summary

Energy Transfer LP in the United States is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping, receiving, and order processing. You will handle purchase orders, document uploads, and coordination with buyers to resolve PO issues, while maintaining accurate inbound and outbound shipments.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift materials as part of daily duties in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Basic shipping and warehousing knowledge is required.
• Ability to count, read and write numbers and interpret packing slips.
• Attention to detail and ability to correct errors.
• Ability to follow directions and meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers and pick up from vendors.
• Receive purchase orders and upload documents to sales/SEC files.
• Communicate PO issues to buyers and request invoices.
• Ensure accuracy on inbound shipments and stock orders.
• Stock warehouse items as received and stage outgoing materials.
• Identify and sort inbound freight; relocate for orders.
• Notify maintenance groups when orders are ready for pickup.
