Job summary

ma-co is hiring for a warehouse associate to perform standardized tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping. You will use hand trucks, carts, dollies, and walkies to move items between locations and support receiving, auditing, and replenishment activities.

You will contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse, maintain a clean working environment, and participate in process improvements with supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills and be able to perform arithmetic accurately.
• Must read and interpret documents such as safety rules and packing slips.
• Ability to cooperate with coworkers and maintain positive relationships.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Demonstrates honesty and a strong work ethic; adapts to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely performs warehouse tasks using established processes and tools with emphasis on safety and productivity.
• Handles loading, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, replenishing, receiving, auditing, shipping, and counting.
• Operates hand truck, cart, dollies, and walkie to move items between locations.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and encourages safety among team members.
• Notifies Manager or Lead of issues and participates in process improvements.
• Assists in other areas of the Distribution Center as needed.
