Job summary

PACCAR Parts in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time Distribution Associate. You will perform receiving, stocking, order picking, packing and shipping while supporting the training of new staff.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Starting pay is $25.99/hour with potential raises to $31.00/hour and a full range of benefits including 401(k), pension, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Commitment to safety is essential.
• Willingness to cross-train and rotate through all warehouse functions as needed.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to withstand heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – verify delivery bills and product received and address compliance issues.
• Stocking – assess quantity, size, weight and volume to stock material in warehouse locations.
• Order Picking – process customer orders using warehouse order picking software.
• Packing – train on best practices to protect items during shipment.
• Shipping – prepare shipping documentation, weight, piece count and freight classification.
• Assist in training new employees joining PACCAR.
