Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our team. You will handle receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading, while troubleshooting issues throughout daily tasks.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, counting inventory, and ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires physical stamina and the use of RF scanners and basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity checks.
• Able to use a computer and RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Count product, compare to manifest, and check for damage.
• Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
• Order picking – ensure correct quantity and transport orders to shipping areas.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper stock rotation.
• Uphold safety, housekeeping, and security standards.
• Meet productivity targets and track KPIs.
• Identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations.
