After training, this person independently manages the daily work queue, follows established procedures and escalation paths, and helps keep the operation organized, secure, and efficient with minimal supervision.

Receiving, Inventory & Listings

  • Pick, verify, pack, and process orders from release through secure shipment staging, following product-specific packaging and handling standards.
  • Process domestic and international shipments, including routine customs documentation after training.

  • Escalate damaged, missing, high-value, or non-routine situations for leadership direction.
Systems & Daily Operations
  • Use company systems across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and shipping, keeping precise digital records at each stage.

  • Keep receiving, storage, packing, and staging areas clean, safe, and stocked, with packing stations and equipment ready for daily use.
  • Monitor supplies and submit replenishment requests; perform basic equipment checks and report repair or facility needs.
  • Serve as a trusted keyholder, following opening, closing, access, and security procedures and escalating any concerns.
Qualifications & Attributes

  • Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or e-commerce experience preferred; no formal education required.
