Job summary

MasTec Communications Group seeks a Warehouse Coordinator in Base Line, Arkansas, to move material, operate forklifts and hand trucks, and ensure accurate inventory handling in a safety-minded environment. You will log receipts, verify part numbers, stock inventory, and support on-time delivery while upholding company safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move material within the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other equipment.
• Receive incoming inventory, log into the warehouse system, and stock inventory in the proper location.
• Read work orders and follow instructions; fill customer invoices and check part numbers.
• Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to Warehouse Manager.
• Follow all safety procedures and track inventory in the system.
• Coach teammates on warehouse practices and enforce policies.
• Contribute ideas to reduce costs and increase productivity.
