Job summary

MasTec Communications Group in Dayton, OH is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to move material within the distribution center and on the loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment. You will ensure accurate inventory, follow safety procedures, log shipments, and support continuous process improvements while delivering reliable service to customers.

This role offers an hourly pay of $18–$24, benefits, and a team-focused environment that values quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Move material within the distribution center and on the loading platform using hand trucks and forklifts.
• Receive inventory, log into the warehouse system, and stock items in the proper location.
• Read work orders, shipping orders, or follow verbal instructions; prepare customer invoices and packing lists.
• Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and operate within DOT/OSHA standards as required.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory in the warehouse data system and support cleanliness and organization.
