Job summary

MasTec Communications Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to move material within the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors. You will help ensure accuracy and safety while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include receiving inventory, logging items in the warehouse system, stocking locations, processing orders, and inspecting items for defects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience; certification a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel on PC.

Responsibilities

• Move material within the distribution center and loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or conveyors.
• Receive inventory, log into the warehouse system, and stock items in proper locations.
• Read work orders and packing lists; prepare and verify invoices and orders.
• Inspect inventory for damage and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized warehouse space.
• Support inventory control and assist teammates as needed.
