Job summary

Qualifications

• 1~3+ years of warehousing, B2B & B2C logistics operation, importing experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a metrics-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel for business in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
• Define key performance indicators to improve field operations.
• Lead training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team.
