Humano is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Cedar Hill, TX, to oversee high headcount operations and manage associates' schedules. The role requires efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment and strong organizational skills.

The position offers 1st shift hours, five days per week, with overtime as needed in a seven-day operation. Competitive pay, benefits, and the Daily Pay option are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience as a clerk in a large warehouse setting (100+ associates)
• Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work 1st shift, 5 days a week, with overtime flexibility in a 7-day operation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to associates
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space and resources to meet operational goals
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities
• Address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
