Humano is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to oversee high headcount operations, manage associates' schedules, and maintain smooth office operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse administration experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate daily tasks, optimize space, and maintain accurate records of shipments and activities, while thriving on teamwork across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a clerk in a large 100 associates warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work 2nd shift 4 days a week with overtime as needed 7 day a week operation schedules may vary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations including scheduling and assigning tasks to associates.
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space and resources to meet operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and other warehouse activities.
• Address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
