Job summary

Humano is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to oversee high headcount operations, manage associates' schedules, and maintain office operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role requires warehouse administration experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks across teams while ensuring accurate records and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a clerk in a large 100 associates warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work 1st shift 4 days a week with flexibility for overtime as needed 7 day a week operation schedules may vary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Schedule 4 days a week full time 5am start time Sunday Wednesday OR Wednesday Saturday

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations including scheduling and assigning tasks to associates
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space and resources to meet operational goals
• Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and other warehouse activities
• Address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
