Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking an Operations Clerk to support material handling, shipping and receiving, quality inspection, and inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. Prior manufacturing or warehousing experience is preferred and plant safety is emphasized throughout daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand work instructions and production documentation.
• Stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and handle materials safely.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.
• Experience in manufacturing and material handling preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication with supervisors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and work instructions; maintain quality standards.
• Handle loading/unloading and moving material between areas.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products.
• Prepare shipments, packing, and paperwork as directed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in counting WIP and finished goods.
• Operate forklifts/PIVs and other equipment safely; assist in shipping.
• Support packing or assembling valves as needed.
• Adhere to 5S and maintain a clean workspace.
• Report unsafe conditions and site hazards immediately.
• Cross-train as Machine Operator or Warehouse Assembler as needed.
