Job summary

Victaulic is seeking an Operations Clerk to perform material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will load/unload trucks, move staging materials with forklifts, conduct quality inspections, and support packing, shipping, and data entry tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to work instructions, and teamwork to meet production goals. Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and shipping paperwork.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and work instructions to support production and warehouse operations.
• Ensure quality standards on incoming materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Receive and load trucks, move staged material between buildings with forklift.
• Assemble, pack, and ship orders; prepare paperwork; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain 5S practices and safe, organized workspace.
