Cart.com is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations at our Memphis facility. You will manage documentation, temperature monitoring, and QA tasks to ensure facility readiness and compliance with client requirements.

Reporting to the site leader, you will collaborate with QA, Facilities, and Operations, handle on-call rotations, and help maintain records, logs, and preventive maintenance schedules. Join a growing team driving reliable fulfillment.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of administrative, coordination, or operational experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Experience following written procedures and maintaining documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to learn temperature-monitoring and document-management systems.
• Availability to participate in on-call rotations and respond onsite when required.

• Review dashboards, sensor status, and temperature logs per procedures.
• Elevate alarms and issues to Operations, QA, and Facilities.
• Maintain training records and quality documents.
• Assist with audits and client reviews by keeping records accurate and available.
• Support inventory, scheduling, and preventive maintenance.
