Cart.com, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator at the Memphis facility to support daily warehouse operations and quality assurance activities, monitor temperature logs, manage documentation, coordinate maintenance, and assist with audits and client reviews while reporting to the site leader.

This on-site role requires at least two years of warehouse coordination or operations experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word, and the ability to balance priorities

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative, coordination, or operational experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to learn temperature-monitoring and document-management systems.

Responsabilités

• Quality and Temperature Monitoring: review dashboards and logs, escalate alarms, maintain records, support audits and client reviews.
• Warehouse Operations and Facility Support: assist with receiving, inventory, cycle counts, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and vendor communications.
• Emergency Response and On-Call Responsibilities: participate in on-call rotation, respond to events, coordinate with QA, Facilities, and service providers.
• Client Communication and Documentation: acknowledge client requests, route concerns to QA/site leader, maintain organized documentation.
