Job summary

Continental in Maple Heights is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the entire warehouse production process and supervise the team, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery.

This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) offers $50,000–$60,000 per year, plus benefits. A Bachelor’s degree in business, management or hospitality management and at least 2 years in warehouse operations are preferred. Reporting to Darrin Terry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or hospitality management.
• Equivalent work experience in the industry is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire warehouse production process and supervise the warehouse personnel.
• Lead by example as a working manager.
• Plan, organize, direct and delegate responsibility to meet daily goals.
• Assist in the ongoing creation and execution of the company vision.
• Ensure staffing and daily tasks are completed and timelines for setup, production and breakdown are met.
• Propose and implement new methods to improve efficiency and compliance with policies.
