Sora Resource Group is recruiting a Warehouse Manager for a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer. You will lead a team of 10 in the headquarters warehouses, directing receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials, while driving safety, cost efficiency, and timely output.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and SAP/WMS readiness as the company moves to SAP over the coming years.

Qualifications

Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
At least 2 years of prior warehouse leadership experience.
Knowledge of a warehouse management system; moving to SAP within a couple of years.
Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of warehouse associates in the operation of the headquarters warehouses.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives; monitor weekly KPIs.
Ensure accuracy of inventory and timely inbound/outbound transactions; coordinate with QA on quality issues.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; propose capital expenditures and budgets.
Lead daily validations of WMS and related shipping processes.
