Job summary

ICC is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Lumberton, NJ to lead day-to-day operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency across receiving, inventory control, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping. You will supervise warehouse managers and staff, set priorities, and ensure KPI targets are met with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years leading warehouse teams and operations.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and staff.
• Plan staffing levels and allocate resources based on demand.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Participate in recruiting and selection of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
