Job summary

The role requires strong organization, communication, and leadership skills. You will monitor inventory records, handle discrepancies, and enforce safety standards while guiding a team toward continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and delegates work assignments to employees as needed.
• Solves warehouse problems such as product discrepancies and employee problems in an efficient and timely manner.
• Develops and maintains an effective organization through staff management and development.
• Develops and maintains a program for sound employee relations with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Provides guidance and direction to employees to assist them in their professional development.
• Reviews safety and warehouse procedures with employees and provides on-site training as needed.
• Reviews production sheets for work completion and merchandise discrepancies, and returns to management.
• Follows safety procedures for on-the-job accidents and related paperwork.
• Oversees the accuracy of inventory records related to shipping and receiving.
• Oversees the loading and unloading of stock and deliveries on a daily basis.
• Coordinates inventory management with management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
