Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience in a supervisory position.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn applicable software.
• Strong communication (oral and written), statistical and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on managerial leadership with team engagement and flexible scheduling.
• Ability to travel to other MRS locations, customer locations, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes warehouse operations and human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning and reviewing contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting labor requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing processes for receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
• Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and handling systems; evaluating equipment.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with regulations.
