The Suddath Companies in Coppell, TX is seeking a Warehouse Manager to schedule daily activities, supervise staff, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including LTL and TL where applicable. You will recruit, hire, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, maintain documentation and inventory accuracy, and ensure OSHA safety standards, equipment maintenance, and reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from college or technical school preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, performance reviews and retention.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire, train and retain warehouse staff.
• Schedule and oversee work, balancing priority and productivity standards.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for all warehouse activities.
• Track activity and inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Maintain records of inspections and maintenance for forklifts, trucks and equipment.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
