Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Conroe, TX seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.

You will supervise and develop warehouse associates, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate replenishment, and oversee shipping/receiving to ensure timely processing. Emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance with KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory procedures and warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising and developing employees.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet needs.
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities for timely processing.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of tires, wheels, parts, and related inventory.
