Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience in industrial engineering, business, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a leadership role with salaried direct reports.
• Experience designing warehouse workflows, pick paths and SOPs; SAP/ERP familiarity.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills; proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, cycle counting, shipping and quality checks.
• Monitor accuracy and efficiency of kitting, raw materials and finished goods distribution.
• Accountable for distribution KPIs and overall performance of warehousing teams.
• Support production departments with raw material handling and components.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve warehouse performance.
• Lead training, staffing and development of the Distribution team.
