Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Joplin, MO to lead daily warehouse activity, prioritize safety and efficiency, and ensure high service levels for our clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of progressive management in distribution or transportation, strong budgeting and forecasting ability, and proven skills in training and mentoring staff; on-site work with competitive compensation and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Proven ability to read and interpret P&L statements and prepare management reports.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily bank deposits and prepare payroll records per SOPs.
• Create and transmit daily work logs to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and resolve issues.
