Job summary

Unknown is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee a distribution center in Upington, Northern Cape. You will lead daily logistics, inventory control, receiving, fulfillment and shipping, while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness across operations.

Role requires strong leadership, WMS proficiency and a track record of safety compliance and process improvement within FMCG logistics environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in warehouse management or operations within FMCG is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control and logistics principles.
• Proven leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes and implement robust controls.
