Job summary

Snack Innovations is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company behind several brands. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily shipping and receiving, coordinate with logistics, and maintain inventory accuracy to support on-time delivery and efficient warehouse ops.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing or logistics, supervisory experience, strong inventory and ERP/WMS skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Open to all shifts with safety-first practices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping documents, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate daily with logistics and scheduling teams to align warehouse activity.
• Supervise receiving, staging, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain inventory records.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
• Train and coach warehouse staff to boost productivity.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and costs.
