Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Woodbury, NJ location. You will lead the warehouse team, ensure safe and efficient order filling, receiving, stocking, and shipping to meet customer demand and company standards.

This role also involves budgeting, staff development, and continuous process improvement. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in a warehouse, forklift certification, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to achieve accuracy and productivity while upholding safety standards.
• Manage inventory to improve warehouse flow and ensure accurate receiving and order filling.
• Oversee annual physical inventory and equipment operation with focus on security and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other managers and customers to resolve issues and expedite deliveries.
• Monitor expenditures and participate in budget development for the warehouse.
