Job summary

Rexel USA in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, picking and shipping in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accuracy, safety and efficiency while maintaining organized stock and clear documentation.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound materials, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, managing inventory counts and supporting daily productivity goals. NJ state pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Stock and organize incoming orders on shelves.
• Prepare and process customer orders from the warehouse.
• Process shipment paperwork and apply labels as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload vehicles with care and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate stock records through regular counts.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Contribute to safety by following SOPs and EH&S rules.
• Support training of entry-level staff and assist team to meet daily goals.
