Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager in Whitestown, IN for the Supply Chain Solutions division. This exempt role pays $80,000–$85,000 annually based on experience, plus a 10% annual bonus.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 06:30am–04:30pm with flexibility. The position involves leading salaried and hourly staff, coordinating with management and customers, payroll duties, and monitoring P&L and invoicing, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse.
• 2+ years of direct reports management.

Responsibilities

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager in Whitestown, IN for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay: $80,000-$85,000 annually based on experience

Annual Bonus Incentive: 10% of salary annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday 06:30am-04:30pm (must be flexible)

Summary The Manager Logistics is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.

Essential Functions

• Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
• Be responsible for the payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
• Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
• Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts.

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
