Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Overnight Assistant Warehouse Manager in Greencastle, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience. Schedule: Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM–4:30 AM with additional hours possible to support business needs.

The role leads daily operations, oversees staff, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulations while delivering strong customer service and operational performance.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 1+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required.
• Logistics industry knowledge required.
• Knowledge of local and federal regulations relevant to the role.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components.

We are immediately hiring an Overnight Assistant Warehouse Manager in Greencastle, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience.

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 4:30 AM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs.

Job Responsibilities

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
