Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Three+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
- Two+ years managing and leading direct reports
- Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations and safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility and ensure policy compliance
- Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and align operations
- Be responsible for payroll of employees
- Analyze weekly and monthly P&L and provide financial data and reports to senior management
- Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes for materials, and customer invoicing
- Lead safety meetings, provide safety training and ensure safety compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Be available for flexible schedules across shifts

Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
Be responsible for the payroll of employees.
Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Salaries may be supplemented with a 10% annual bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
Salaried

$85K
