Job summary

Ryder in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Outbound Manager / Manager Customer Logistics to oversee daily operations and drive account management within the assigned function. You will lead direct reports and work toward achieving daily operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, staffing, scheduling, safety, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on teamwork and operational excellence. Benefits include medical, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.

Summary

The Warehouse Outbound Manager / Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
