Job summary

Schneider in Saragosa, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a warehouse team and drive safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach associates and leaders, oversee budgets and staffing, coordinate loading and unloading, monitor inventory, and develop strategies to meet volume demands while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• 4-6 years of logistics, supply chain or warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse and yard management systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.

Job Overview Schneider is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Saragosa to lead a warehouse or terminal. The Warehouse Operations Manager will coach warehouse associates while overseeing warehouse metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, cost control and customer service.
