Job summary

Schneider's Midland, TX operation is seeking a Senior Warehouse Analyst to ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and productively. You will manage ERP transactions, inventory control, product knowledge and cross‑functional communication to support complex operational needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training, complete audits and oversee reporting to ensure warehouse systems are accurate and in compliance with customer standards.
• Manage inbound receipts, outbound material transfers, work orders and special material projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Resolve non-conforming purchase orders, transaction errors and inventory discrepancies.
• Develop standard operating procedures, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Record audit findings, generate operational reports and communicate results to leaders and stakeholders.

Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a Senior Warehouse Analyst in Orla and Saragosa to ensure systemic warehouse operations are running efficiently and productively. The Senior Warehouse Analyst will be responsible for ERP transactions, inventory control, product knowledge and cross-functional communication to support complex operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training, complete audits and oversee reporting to ensure warehouse systems are accurate and in compliance with customer standards.
• Manage inbound receipts, outbound material transfers, work orders and special material projects.
