Job summary

Schneider in Orla, TX is seeking a Senior Warehouse Analyst to ensure efficient warehouse operations. The role covers ERP transactions, inventory control and cross-functional communication to support complex needs.

The candidate will manage inbound/outbound activities, maintain data integrity in WMS, monitor metrics and drive continuous improvements in operational processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Oil & gas industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and DMV standards.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training, audits and reporting to ensure warehouse systems accuracy.
• Manage inbound receipts, outbound transfers, work orders and special material projects.
• Maintain inventory and data in the Warehouse Management System.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze data for trends and risks.
• Resolve non-conforming purchase orders and inventory discrepancies.
• Develop SOPs, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Record audit findings and communicate results to leaders.

Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a Senior Warehouse Analyst in Orla to ensure systemic warehouse operations are running efficiently and productively. The Senior Warehouse Analyst will be responsible for ERP transactions, inventory control, product knowledge and cross-functional communication to support complex operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training, complete audits and oversee reporting to ensure warehouse systems are accurate and in compliance with customer standards.
• Manage inbound receipts, outbound material transfers, work orders and special material projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Resolve non-conforming purchase orders, transaction errors and inventory discrepancies.
• Develop standard operating procedures, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Record audit findings, generate operational reports and communicate results to leaders and stakeholders.

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
