The Opportunity

As demand for premium fruit continues to grow, the company is scaling its operations in the United States, with a focus on warehouse logistics across three strategic locations: Philadelphia, Florida and Texas. This is a high impact role based in Philadelphia, offering the chance to shape and lead warehousing operations at the centre of the company’s North American supply chain.

Your Role

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of day to day logistics across the three US sites. You will manage third party warehouse partnerships, lead a small remote team, and ensure the timely, efficient and safe handling of perishable produce from arrival to distribution. Your work will directly support quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across Philadelphia, Florida and Texas

• Manage third party warehouse contracts and service level agreements

• Lead a team of Warehouse Coordinators across multiple locations

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP and Ecolab

• Coordinate packing, repacking and delivery of high value fruit products

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement and fruit quality

• Work closely with cross functional teams to align operations with business goals

• Travel regularly during peak seasons (approximately 50 percent from August to January)

What You Bring

You are a hands-on operator with a background in fresh produce logistics and a cool head under pressure. You understand the fast moving nature of short shelf life products and know how to bring structure and accountability to outsourced operations. You are organised, adaptable and comfortable leading both remote and on site teams.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse or supply chain roles within fresh produce (for example berries, grapes, citrus)

• Strong knowledge of third party warehouse management and vendor negotiation

• Familiarity with US warehouse regulations and food safety compliance

• Effective leadership skills with a clear and calm communication style

• Comfortable with regular travel during seasonal peaks

• Based in or near Philadelphia or South Jersey (this is not a relocatable position)
