OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager!

Pay: $49,900 - $74,000 depending on experience. Plus, bonus earning potential!

Shift: Sunday - Tuesday and Thursday - Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Logistics:

The Operations Manager oversees and manages various activities and collaborates with the General Manager and the PM Manager to develop plans that achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.

The Must-Haves:

• Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation, or less with a college degree
• At least 3 years of experience managing people, including 1 year in a similar industry
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
• Effective communication skills, including giving honest, constructive feedback

Your Mission in Motion:

• Review, analyze, and create KPIs to meet business needs
• Plan and coordinate sort start times and develop staffing strategies
• Develop and mentor team members to meet goals and support professional growth
• Champion safety programs to promote a safe and compliant work environment
• Collaborate with GM to manage budget labor hours, safety compliance, mis-sorts, and schedules, and analyze training and labor law compliance
