Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, storage, logistics, and/or site operations.
• Proven experience leading teams in an operational environment.
• Strong working knowledge of forklifts and material handling operations.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Well developed technical skills utilizing MS Office suite and ability to use other software/technology as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily storage and site operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and service excellence.
• Manage facility maintenance, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Lead and manage site personnel including forklift operators, sanitation staff, and general labor.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and proper training/certification.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and employee development.
• Own site safety performance and promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Conduct periodic safety meetings, audits, and incident follow-up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the site.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Take full ownership of the site as a business unit, including service quality and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve utilization, expand services, and drive growth.
• Partner with Sales on customer tours, new business opportunities, and customer onboarding.
• Provide operational insight to support pricing, proposals, and growth initiatives.

This role owns all daily site operations, facility maintenance, and workforce leadership while serving as a key customer-facing representative of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Facilities
