We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our warehouse operations, oversee shipping logistics, and maintain accurate inventory of materials, packaging components, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of organization, accountability, and communication to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply, though Spanish is not required.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our warehouse operations, oversee shipping logistics, and maintain accurate inventory of materials, packaging components, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of organization, accountability, and communication to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• track and maintain inventory levels
• perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
• alert purchasing or production teams when inventory levels fall below thresholds
• track and follow up on freight deliveries, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies
• manage sample shipments
• maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe warehouse environment
• ensure the proper storage, labeling, and handling in compliance with safety protocols
• monitor usage and restocking of PPE, labels, containers, and other operational supplies
• liaise with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure materials and orders flow smoothly
• assist with light administrative duties related to warehouse operations and logistics
• provide translation assistance (Spanish/English) as needed to support warehouse or production staff

• ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role
